In episode 36, one of our co-hosts gets an opportunity to revisit his younger days with a band that may have not flown under everyone's radar but left a wealth of music and creativity behind, often gloriously deviating from the norm while still being firmly planted in the sixties psychedelic movement. We're talking about California based band Spirit who produced some of the most critically acclaimed albums of the era. While they are not the first name that comes to mind when discussing the greats, they have been associated with such luminaries as Ry Cooder, Neil Young and Jimi Hendrix and many would argue that they deserve just as much credit as the aforementioned.
